Private Lessons with Anaya
Anaya

Anaya Ray began her musical journey at the age of six, inspired by her grandmother. She trained at the Merit School of Music, where she was an eight-year graduate of the Alice S. Pfaelzer Conservatory and had the opportunity to perform at Symphony Center with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Anaya has a strong background in music education, teaching private and group violin lessons to students of various ages and skill levels, including early childhood and beginners. Her teaching approach emphasizes encouragement, consistency, and adaptability, allowing students to feel supported as they explore new challenges and develop resilience through music. She is passionate about creating engaging, student-centered lessons that build confidence, strong technique, and a love for music. Outside of teaching, Anaya enjoys composing music, playing piano, and performing. She finds joy in watching her students grow as musicians and confident individuals who carry the lessons learned through music into other areas of their lives.
